Sunday Ride
The Sunday ride is more relaxed but still with enough speed for those wanting to go fast. The pace for this ride is 17-22mph with a distance of 15 miles. This ride will leave the bike shop at 9am and end at the shop at around 10:30am. The ride will head down to Lake Washington Blvd. to Seward Park and turn back to the shop. Afterwards some members of the group head on down to Ihop for some recovery pancakes.
