I've crashed while riding BMX, Mtn, Road bikes and motorcycles. Among the various results have been pin-striped shins, skinned knees and elbows, broken ribs, a broken collarbone and a trip to the dentist. I suppose my motto would be: Keep the rubber side down.

Even with the aforementioned injuries, I can't stop riding a bicycle. While riding a bike, everybody turns into a kid again. If you're looking for the Fountain of Youth, it's a bicycle - trust me.

My favorite commute is anything that doesn't involve a serious headwind, or end up with me becoming a hood ornament. Beyond that, I'd just say, "Enjoy riding your bike."
